Open to: nationals of the Pacific Island Territories, minimum age: 16 years; candidates must have reached secondary educational standard (Form 5) with good English; candidates wishing to enter the diploma programme must have either completed a relevant certificate programme, have GCE A-level on two subjects or equivalent, or be over 24 years of age; and hold a senior position in government or private business. |
